Habitats
This area includes the only publicly accessible chaparral habitat in San Joaquin County. The trail up the canyon eventually enters foothill woodland.

Calliope and Costa's Hummingbirds, Greater Roadrunner, Phainopepla, Canyon Wren, California Thrasher, Rufous-crowned Sparrow.
