Location/Directions
From Interstate 5 take the Hwy 12 exit east and then immediately south on Thornton Rd. Turn right (west) 1.3 miles south of Hwy 12. and go under the highway. Turn left just after you go under the freeway.

Habitats
This area includes open water and usually a lot of muddy shoreline for shorebirds.

Birds
Waterfowl, shorebirds and swallows. Often a good spot for Barrow's Goldeneye and Pacific Golden-Plover in the winter.
