From I5, take Hwy 4 (Charter Blvd.) west 1.1 miles (past the light at Fresno St) and turn right at the Rough and Ready Island/Port of Stockton sign, which is Tillie Lewis Dr. At the end of Tillie Lewis Dr., turn left on to Navy Dr. and go 0.5 miles to the entrance of the City of Stockton Regional Waste Water Control Facility (left side). Park in the 1st parking lot and go inside and register. They will phone over to the ponds to arrange for someone to meet you there. Return to Hwy 4.

Please take care to do nothing that would jeopardize our privilege to bird here!
