Location/Directions
From I5, take the Turner Rd. exit and go north on
Thornton Rd. to Woodbridge Rd. Head east on Woodbridge Rd 4.5 miles and
turn left on Meadowlark Dr. The entrance to the park is at the corner of
Meadowlark and River Meadows.
From Lodi Lake, head west on Turner Rd and turn
right on Lower Sacramento Rd. Go 0.6 miles on Lower Sacramento Rd. and
turn left on Mokelumne Rd. Go to the end of Mokelumne and turn right on
Woodbridge Rd. Drive 0.3 miles on Woodbridge Rd. and turn right on
Meadowlark Dr. The entrance to the park is at the corner of Meadowlark
and River Meadows.
Habitats
This area includes a nice of Valley Oak and Fremont Cottonwood riparian
woodlands.
Birds
Wintering sparrows, wrens, thrushes, wrentit, thrasher and migrating
songbirds. One of the best spots for White-throated
Sparrow and Winter Wren.
